By working with the body, the all knowing consciousness within you, and the powerful constructs of the subconscious mind, you can work your way back to a place of true health, ease and joy. Sessions contain elements of neuro-muscular retraining, subconscious repatterning and nervous system regulation, bringing your body & mind into a state of calm, strength & equilibrium. Common conditions that may be successfully treated include chronic illness, neuroplastic pain, embodied trauma, depression & anxiety.
