Your initial 90-minute session includes extra time for us to connect before and after the energy healing. We begin by setting intentions and attuning to each other in a sacred, protected space. Whether you’re new to energy healing or have had sessions before, each experience is unique and will be tailored to your needs.

During the session, you’ll remain fully clothed while I use specific hand positions to release blockages, process emotions, and restore balance. I may also incorporate essential oils, sound bowls, bells, and crystals, intuitively chosen or requested to support your healing journey. After the session, we’ll have time to reflect, process, and integrate the experience—offering you space to ask questions or share anything that arose during the session.

This initial session allows us to establish a deeper connection and lay the foundation for your healing journey.

In-Person Services

Healing energy transcends space and time.

In this one-hour distance healing session, we connect energetically across any distance, allowing Rei (Universal) Ki (Lifeforce Energy) to flow exactly where needed. Distance healing works by tapping into the energy web that connects us all. Practice in meditation helps (but is not mandatory).
