Wellness workshops will be held in the Salt Chamber with zero gravity chairs. Our sound healing journey will be led by Christina Ifurung, an energy medicine practitioner who specializes in sound bath experiences using crystal sound bowls, koshi chimes, elk drums, and other instruments. In addition to the deep relaxation and energy reset you will experience, you'll also benefit from the therapeutic salty air in the Salt Chamber while enjoying the comfort of our zero gravity chairs. Christina is an energy medicine practitioner who specializes in sound bath journies using crystal sound bowls, koshi chimes, elk drum, and other instruments.  She is a certified sound healer under Ali Young and the Medicine of Sound Academy. She was certified as a Reiki Practitioner with Jess Priesta. She is also a registered nurse with 13 years of Newborn ICU experience.  Her mission is held in the name of her business: Kapwa Healing. The belief of the practice is when we heal in compassion we can hold that same energy for another. Healing runs in Christina's veins as she has tracked a shamanic bloodline that links to her mother’s side from the northern Ilocos region of the Philippines. Honoring her ancestry is a strong sacred piece of her practice that she leans into  daily.   Being in sound therapy can create that oneness...Kapwa.
