Imagine a full day of complete revelation, self care, and immersion into deep relaxation and restoration of your body, mind and soul.

In this individualized one day retreat you will receive your blueprint (13 sign astrology and human design chart), and there will be ample time to process and go through the findings. This will be followed up by a supportive session to explore and go into anything that comes up and is revealed in the reading. Then you have a yummy organic lunch to nourish your body, and a divine nature walk to process whatever came up in the reading and healing session.

Finish the day with a relaxing intuitive healing massage to ground and integrate the day and the insights. Go home feeling completely restored and full of insight about your path, a deeply luscious and rewarding gift to yourself and your soul, helping you to anchor and align into your highest timeline.

Day Retreat

This is a somatic style of counselling where I provide a safe space for you to find trapped feelings and energy in the body, and release them through somatic talk therapy, guided meditation, and inner child healing. This is a deeply empathic listening space, so you can embark on the journey within to find unacknowledged parts that need your attention and love, so that you can move forward powerfully with your life from a place of wholeness.

After my yoga teacher training, I went on a powerful trip to India for my Saturn return. It was there, in an ashram in Rishikesh, that I began my reiki journey. That was 17 years ago. I have slowly completed this journey, and recently received my reiki masters.

Gathering my current skillset has been a lifelong journey. I have also completed advanced Theta healing and Beyond Quantum healing hypnosis. This enables a space for you to experience yourself in other lives, which are sometimes affecting your current life, because of unfinished business, and to get to the root cause of what is holding you back. These sessions can take up to 3 hours.

Energy Healing

I have been practicing astrology for many years. After practicing womb work and diving deeply into the divine feminine mysteries, I realised that the 13th sign was a very important missing piece. I also realised that sidereal astrology shows where the planets are physically located in the sky, so it made absolute sense to use this calculation.

The same is applied to human design, as this is usually mapped off of 12 sign tropical astrology, which puts it way off, and changes the results dramatically.

It astounds me that so many of us are looking to astrology to tell us more about who we are for guidance, and yet we are often looking to the incorrect calculation - leading us way off path. This is where my astrology and human design readings are different. I'm also a counsellor and healer, and I give you practical tools, ways and rituals to support the flourishing of your soul through reading your true map, so you can see exactly where you’re supposed to be going. These deep divine massage experiences are deeply intuitive and sacred. I am remedially trained, but it's the extra modalities I am trained in that make the experience deeply nourishing and nurturing. These include Hawaiian temple style lomi lomi massage, cranio sacral, and Ayurvedic hot stone massage to balance out your body synergy with beautiful natural stones collected from sacred sites. These are not your regular polished stones, they are porous and provide deep and warm healing energy to you and your body.

I use top quality organic essential oils and products, as well as divine hot towels at the perfect moments. Countless times I have received the words, "that was the best massage I’ve ever had". People can feel the years of knowledge and expertise in my hands, but its also because I merge western science with healing wisdom, so you’re taken care of on all the levels.

Sacred Bodywork

As a bodyworker, I saw a great need for more focus on the belly. I knew that everything was here - our emotions, our organs, our centre. It amazed me how much this was skimmed over at massage school. In 2010 I heard the call and answered it. I went to train in the USA with Rosita Arvigo, founder of Mayan Abdominal Therapy. This is the work women need to balance their hormones, to connect to their centre, and to restore health and vitality to their womb.

This beautiful work is a gentle external massage technique that restores the systems of flow to the ligaments in the uterus: the blood, the lymph, the venous, central nervous system and chi systems. This optimised flow helps the womb to find the central and optimal position in the pelvis. It supports and helps with fertility, endometriosis, painful periods, fibroids, PCOS, menopausal symptoms, and also digestive issues.
