Hello and thank you for booking with us! A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Late fees apply: £5 for over 10 minutes, £10 for over 15 minutes, and £15 for over 30 minutes or cancellation. Out-of-hours appointments after 7pm incur a £10 charge. Emergency appointments are available with a £15 charge. No-shows will incur a 50% charge of the service. The balance will be charged to your card on file or via bank transfer.
