I did explain what the treatment was, I actually thought you picked the right treatment for you skin, I explained to you what microdermabrasion is and the benefits, after that part of the treatment was done I gave you a complimentary massage and mask didn’t think I needed to explain that it’s pretty straightforward and I also didn’t give you any aftercare instructions because you didn’t need any , for that specific treatment, after the treatment you left right away.

To be honest my experience overall was very relaxing, and it felt like the treatment was done thoroughly. What would’ve improved the service for me would have been if the technician asked me what my skin concerns were, as to assess whether or not I chose the right service. I also would’ve appreciated being talked through each step as it was happening, and to have been provided aftercare instructions (ex. Are there any products I should avoid using directly after the treatment, for how long, etc.)

Loved the experience and I will now become a regular!

This 60 minute facial is my most booked service, and what I recommend for all my first time clients! Begins with a double cleanse with LED light therapy followed by exfoliation of choice (dermaplane, enzyme, etc), facial massage, facial mask, ice globes or LED light therapy,  and finishing products!

The Customized Facial

Designed specifically for a man’s skin, this facial will provide a deep cleanse, offer anti-aging protection, and leave them with a manly healthy radiant glow. Double cleanse + beard cleanse , black heads, razor bumps and dry facial hair, enzyme exfoliation, high frequency, custom mask, finishing products.

Men’s Facial 

CLIENT FAV* Microneedling (also know as collagen induction therapy) creates micro wounds in the skin producing new collagen and elastin, healing the skin and improving texture. This service helps break up pigmentation, corrects deep acne scarring and Reduces appearance of pores. Good for all skin types and concerns!  Extractions are not included. You will need to be numbed for this service. Do not drink any caffeine 5-6 hours before your appt and discontinue using topical derm meds 2 weeks before.

Microneedling (Face)

Includes everything in the acne facial with the addition of a light peel to kill bacteria and decrease oil build up in the pores. This may cause very minor peeling/flaking and dryness, however there is no downtime. High frequency is not included.

Happy Peel (Light Chemical Peel)

Microdermabrasion uses a diamond crusted tip to scrape the skin, ridding the top surface layer of dead skin. The peel that doesn't make you peel but gives you all the results. Our "solve all skin concerns" peel that is safe for every skin colour.
