All booking fees are non-refundable and must be paid within 48 hours of scheduling your appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your booking fee will be lost, but if cancelled outside this timeframe you are able to move the fee to another appointment once. Please arrive on time, as being more than 15 minutes late will forfeit your booking fee and require you to rebook. Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to show up will result in 100% of the treatment price being required before booking again, with the booking fee deducted.
