Not accepting new clients. As a fully qualified and insured lash, brow, and semi-permanent makeup artist located just 5 minutes from Belfast City Centre, we pride ourselves on delivering professional services. Please note, we operate on a cash-only basis and have a 10-minute late policy—appointments will be canceled and charged as no-shows if clients fail to arrive on time. Cancellations within an hour of the scheduled time will also be considered no-shows. Clients must be 16 or older, with ID required if necessary.
