If you have already experienced the magic of Reiki, and are wanting to carry on with your healing journey, these sessions are great for maintaining your emotional well-being. 

Helping to raise your awareness and vibration further, by continuously removing stuck energy blockages to clear, rebalance and heal, mentally, physically, emotionally & spiritually throughout your body.

Sessions includes a check in & follow up to see how you have been doing & feeling since your initial Reiki. 

Soul oracle cards are used to give you guidance & clarity, showing you that you are divinely guided and looked after.

Then for the relaxing part, letting go on a heated bed, recieving a sage aura cleanse, Reiki healing therapy combining crystals & balancing essence.

If you are new to Reiki, then this session is a great introduction, giving you an insight into how our energy affects us within our lives. 

Reiki or”universe life force energy “ helps to rebalance your body's energy flow by removing blockages & stuck stagnant energy, resulting in physical pain, stress, emotional worries and an inability to move forward.

Treating the whole of you, body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects including relaxation, balance and feelings of peace and well-being after.

 Our initial session together starts with us  
 connecting, allowing you to feel safe and   
 heard to share your story.
 
I will then guide you through how Reiki & Chakras work to help you move forward.

A mixture of modalities will then be used within your healing therapy, such as soul oracle cards with intuitive guidance, sage aura cleanse, sound healing, chakra essence & crystals.
