* Clients hair must be washed, and blow dried before appointment, unless it is booked as a service. NO oils/grease. If your hair is not washed before your appointment, we will not proceed to do your hair. 

* Client is allowed 5 minutes grace if late for appointments. Late fee will apply if the client is 10-15 minutes late for appointment. If is 30-45 minutes late their appointment will be cancelled.
