Aside from assisting with lifestyle, muscle tone, posture, stress, weight control and more your appointment will start with Tammy using a hand held device called a Zyto Compass. By using your skins electricity to determine which nutritional supplements are out of balance.  Tammy also  incorporates Iridology (having a look into your eyes that can help identify your genetic strengths and weaknesses, inflammation and stress), Bio-Energetic Resonance in the form of Applied Kinesiology to find allergy triggers and or food sensitivities, but also Homeopathy.
