Massage

Whether you need total relaxation or a focus on easing muscle tension, take time to switch off from the everyday stresses of life and emerge feeling renewed, refreshed, and invigorated. 

This session is all about deep relaxation.  We will only be focusing on your neck, upper shoulders and head.   Lying on your back on the table, I will use a relaxation massage oil and different techniques to reduce neck tension and create deep relaxation with a combination of shoulder holds, head holds and head massage.    We will focus on some breath work to get truly present and I will also incorporate the use of healing frequency music so you will walk away feeling lighter and more relaxed.

Ultimate Relaxation -  Head and Neck Massage

Seated massage is perfect for people who have trouble lying down on a table or just prefer to be seated. We don't use oil and you don't have to remove clothing.  We use a specially designed massage chair. 

Seated massage is designed to focus on back, neck, shoulders and arms.  Areas that are commonly affected when sitting down for long periods.   It helps to ease muscle tension and it can also help improve posture.

With fascia unwinding we will connect into the fascial system of the body while taking a deeper immersion into our senses and intuition.  I use a series of gentle holds on different areas of the body.  You remain fully clothed and we don’t use oil (unless combined with a massage).  This is a different approach to providing relief and healing.   Slowly and gently we create awareness of what is happening within the body, whether that be subtle or more profound.   This approach can promote healing for anyone who might be experiencing:

experiencing physical & emotional trauma
living in a constant state of fight-or-flight
suffering from chronic stress, anxiety, panic attack, and fear
feeling disconnected and out of balance
prefers a more gentle approach to bodywork.
struggling to work through obstacles and barriers
experiencing severe headaches & migraines
and for anyone who needs to relax, unwind and activate their parasympathetic nervous system

Fascial Unwinding

These two fantastic modalities combine to create an experience that embodies an holistic experience to release and unwind.    We start the session with massage and end with fascia unwinding.

Fascial Unwinding & Massage

Most people who are keen to do 1:1 coaching are looking to understand themselves and their challenges on a deeper level.  Working and collaborating together through a process of deep listening and thoughtful reflective questioning, we will move into a place of self discovery and self exploration to gain a deeper understanding of what you are experiencing.   It is within this exploration, we begin to have "aha' and "lightbulb" moments creating perspective shifts, clarity and understanding.

During this process clients gain the necessary skills and confidence to use these tools in their daily lives, effectively stepping into a place of self empowerment and becoming their own mentor to navigate life's obstacles and challenges.
