What is studio pilates?
Studio Pilates classes usually have up to 3 clients, each client has their individual programme modified for their needs. Making use of all the Pilates equipment (Reformer, Trapeze , Wundachair, Barrel) so you can exercise in a variety of ever-interesting ways. Each piece of equipment has different benefits and challenges.
Studio Pilates provides resistance and correctional movement, variations of exercises creates more variety to mat classes.
