You are booking a free consultation session with myself lasting up to 30 minutes. The session is virtual and will take place via Google Meet. The consultation sessions are there for if you are considering any of my services and want to find out more information. I ask that all potential new clients book a free consultation before starting therapy with myself. Once you have booked a slot you will revive an email with more information and a meeting link. This may not be sent until 24hr before your slot start time. 

I will not tolerate any inappropriate or nuisance bookings. If this is the case you will be reported.

Please read the following if this is your first time booking, thank you.

You are booking a virtual 45-50 minute Counselling/Psychotherapy session with myself. The session will be showed via Google Meet. Once you've made your booking you will be sent a meeting link to the session. This may not be sent up to 24hr before your booking time. Please be mindful sessions may be adjusted by up to 15minutes either way to help with scheduling. Payment will be taken up to 24hr before the session start time via the card details you have provided. Please ensure your card details are in date and the funds are available. If payment cannot be taken the session will not go ahead. 

You may change or cancel your session up to 24hr in advance. After this you will still be charged.

An Emotional Wellbeing Session is for those looking for a solution focused and short-term support (6-12 sessions). If you are looking for counselling please explore my other services. Once you have made your booking you will revive a meeting link for the session. This will be sent 24hrs before your sessions start time or before. Payment will be taken up to 24hr before you session start time via the card details provided. Please ensure your card details are in date and you have the funds in your account. If payment cannot be processed before the session the session will not go ahead.

Once the session is confirmed via email I will manually add the session to Fresha and link your account for viewing, reminders and payment etc.
