Emma Edwards as far as im concern she is the best because not only she gives a great service she looks after your health and wellbeing she blends the right aromatherapy oils before you start your massage she will consult with you of how your feeling and will suggest what's the right aromatherapy blend of oils you need for your massage. Whilst not the traditional 'sports massage', the techniques I use include slowly working deep into your soft tissue, fascial work, trigger point therapy, acupressure, stretching and tailored self-care. This is based on a fusion of an eastern and western approach to massage using the Jing Advanced Clinical Massage method.

A wonderful way to look after yourself and your baby during pregnancy. 
Enjoy a combination of massage, followed by reflexology... tailored to suit you. This could be 45 minutes of massage focusing on areas such as back and hips to ease pain, reduce stress and help relaxation, followed by 45 minutes of maternity reflexology.  
Or maybe an hour full body massage ending with half hour reflexology.

An award winning reflexology technique which focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. The aim is to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body.

Reflexology Lymph Drainage

Facial reflexology works on the same principle as foot reflexology, but the treatment takes place on your face and head.
It is very effective for conditions such as blocked sinuses, dry skin, headaches, lack of energy, dull complexion, and depression.

Half hour back massage, followed by a holistic facial using organic products.
Total treatment time 1 hour.

Back massage & mini facial

Half hour back massage, followed by half an hour of reiki.

A combination of reiki and an Indian head massage, with total treatment time of one hour.

A treatment totalling 90 minutes, which begins with massage of your choice, followed by reiki.
