Whilst not the traditional 'sports massage', the techniques I use include slowly working deep into your soft tissue, fascial work, trigger point therapy, acupressure, stretching and tailored self-care. This is based on a fusion of an eastern and western approach to massage using the Jing Advanced Clinical Massage method.

Aromatherapy pregnancy massage 

A wonderful way to look after yourself and your baby during pregnancy. 
Enjoy a combination of massage, followed by reflexology... tailored to suit you. This could be 45 minutes of massage focusing on areas such as back and hips to ease pain, reduce stress and help relaxation, followed by 45 minutes of maternity reflexology.  
Or maybe an hour full body massage ending with half hour reflexology.

Maternity reflexology is simply using reflexology techniques, focusing on nurturing the woman and her baby on a physical, emotional and spiritual level throughout pregnancy, labour and during the postnatal period.

Maternity reflexology

A method of non-invasive physical therapy developed to treat scar tissue, fibrosis and adhesions.  Using specialist scar massage and fascial release, therapy tools and self-care advice to promote healthy recovery.

C section restore scar therapy

A method of non-invasive physical therapy developed to treat scar tissue, fibrosis and adhesions.  Using specialist scar massage and fascial release, therapy tools and self-care advice to promote healthy recovery.
I allow 45 minutes for the scar therapy itself, then the remaining 15 minutes can be used for a relaxing head massage, hand massage or foot massage to end the session feeling calm and relaxed.

Indian Head Massage is a relaxing holistic treatment that uses acupressure massage on the head, face, neck, shoulders and back. It aims to rebalance your body's energies.

An award winning reflexology technique which focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. The aim is to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body. 
This can be used to treat lymphoedema, and may be useful with other conditions such as.....

Reflexology Lymph Drainage

Facial reflexology works on the same principle as foot reflexology, but the treatment takes place on your face and head.
It is very effective for conditions such as blocked sinuses, dry skin, headaches, lack of energy, dull complexion, and depression.

Half hour back massage, followed by half an hour of reiki.

A combination of reiki and an Indian head massage, with total treatment time of one hour.

Indian head massage & reiki

Half hour back massage (although I'm happy for this to be a half hour back, leg, arm, hand, head... whatever you would like!) followed by half hour of reflexology.
Total treatment time of one hour.

A treatment totalling 90 minutes, which begins with massage of your choice, followed by reiki.

An hour's full body massage, ending with half an hour of a blissful Indian head massage, for a wonderfully relaxing 90 minutes total treatment time.

A blended treatment of a holistic deluxe facial using organic products, with extra time spent on a blissful facial massage and incorporating a deeply relaxing Indian head massage.

Deluxe facial & Indian head massage

Total treatment time - 2 hours

A combination of an aromatherapy back massage, reflexology and a mini facial.  I can tailor this treatment to focus on any specific needs and we can discuss your preference on the order of therapies, plus the timing of each, to most benefit you.

A treatment totalling 2 hours.... with an hour's facial with natural and organic products combined with gentle and relaxing facial and scalp massage techniques and an hour's reiki session. 
As with all treatments, I will discuss with you at the start of your treatment as to what timings of each therapy are suited to you.  I can adapt the length of either of these to provide you with exactly what you need and in order of your preference.

Reiki and holistic facial

A 2 hour treatment, combining an hours back, neck and shoulder massage, followed by an hours holistic facial, using organic products.
As with all treatments, I will discuss with you at the start of your treatment if these timings are suited to you.  I can adapt the length of either of these to provide you with exactly what you need.

Back massage followed by a holistic facial

An hour's massage of your choice (full body, back, neck & shoulder or tailored to suit you) using essential oils, followed by an hour of reflexology.
As with all treatments, I will discuss with you at the start of your treatment if these timings are suited to you.  I can adapt the length of either of these to provide you with exactly what you need.
2 hour total treatment time.

Full body massage & reflexology

One hour of reflexology, followed by a mini holistic facial using organic products, combined with a blissful Indian head massage, totalling another hour. 
The whole sublime treatment totals 2 hours.
