Enjoy a combination of massage, followed by reflexology... tailored to suit you. This could be 45 minutes of massage focusing on areas such as back and hips to ease pain, reduce stress and help relaxation, followed by 45 minutes of maternity reflexology.  
Or maybe an hour full body massage ending with half hour reflexology.

Reflexology Lymph Drainage

Facial reflexology works on the same principle as foot reflexology, but the treatment takes place on your face and head.
It is very effective for conditions such as blocked sinuses, dry skin, headaches, lack of energy, dull complexion, and depression.

A combination of approximately half an hour of each of an aromatherapy back massage, reflexology and an Indian head massage.  I can tailor this treatment to focus on any specific needs and we can discuss your preference on the order of therapies to most benefit you.

Back massage, reflexology & Indian head massage

A treatment totalling 90 minutes, which begins with massage of your choice, followed by reiki.
As with all treatments, I will discuss with you at the start of your treatment as to what timings of each therapy are suited to you.  I can adapt the length of either of these to provide you with exactly what you need.

An hour's full body massage, ending with half an hour of a blissful Indian head massage, for a wonderfully relaxing 90 minutes total treatment time.
