The Best facial I have ever had. From the moment Louise brought her kind, caring and safe hands to my face I knew it was going to be a very special experience. 
I have been using her products for a few years now so knew I would be in smell heaven. I had the Holistic Facial, ending with a head massage which did indeed affect my whole being. The background music was gentle and complemented the experience.
