As this was a new experience, I have nothing to compare it with.
Niamh, is a sweet young lady who appeared keen to learn.

First experience of lymphatic drainage massage.  Very different from normal massage - no oil and very light touch.  Extremely relaxing.  Thoroughly enjoyed.  

Really lovely relaxing reflexology treatment with a lovely therapist.

A very light massage aiming on boosting lymphatic flow to maintain a healthy body.  It can also help with digesting dietary fats and any type of oedema.

We can only treat you if you are in the 2nd & 3rd trimesters and not suffering from any pregnancy-related condition.   Only available on dates & times shown in the Friends of Phoenix group email. - Please do not try to book other times and dates as it will have to be canceled.
