Lovely massage, relaxing and just what I needed I’d highly recommend.

A very light massage aiming on boosting lymphatic flow to maintain a healthy body.  It can also help with digesting dietary fats and any type of oedema.  

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Body Massage

In addition, as we are a training organisation, sometimes things happen that are out of our control and we may have to cancel appointments.  If this happens, you will be given a voucher to use rather than a refund.  Please do not book unless this is acceptable.
A visual posture analysis will be required so you may wish to wear a swimming costume or shorts 


Swedish Body Massage 

This is classed as a TRAINING session. You will be seated throughout this treatment providing massage to the shoulders, upper arms, neck face & head. The use of oils will be offered and on occasion might be required if the therapist needs to practice this, please be prepared to remove your top clothes

Indian Head Massage 

Reflexology is a powerful treatment safe to use on almost everyone, however during pregnancy, you need a little extra care & attention.  All our therapists are qualified reflexologists looking to enhance their skill-set.
Massage during pregnancy is becoming an essential part of well-being to manage back pain and the other many common side effects that woman experience during the three trimesters.
We can only treat you if you are in the 2nd & 3rd trimesters and not suffering from any pregnancy-related condition.   Only available on dates & times shown in the Friends of Phoenix group email. - Please do not try to book other times and dates as it will have to be canceled. 


Reflexology to Support Pregnancy Masterclass

Not suitable if you have either Botox or facial fillers, anyone who suffers from severe acne, or migraine with auras, however, if you suffer from migraines or tension headaches it can also be helpful as it can reduce tension in the neck and shoulders as well as in the facial muscles.

Mian Dui is a facial ritual that encompasses a lot of different techniques.  Uplifting facial massage, facial reflexology, and crystal work. You will be laying on your back (you will be made comfortable with pillows) for an hour so you may feel this is not for you.
