The quick treatment is carried out by the laying on of specific energy points of the body: the 7 main chakra. The longer appointment focus also on the mind, unplugging it from the worries and bringing peace and calm. It is usually followed by a follow up on the treatment received. Please note that this is the full body relaxing massage, there is no talking therapy in this session.
