Here at The Crystal Booth, we are predominantly a healing centre within a crystal shop. An alternative healing hub for the community. With a passion to educate and inform people of other healing methods which have been tried and tested personally. We offer a range of wellbeing treatments, including Swedish massage, Deep tissue/sports massage, Indian head massage. Reiki healing and reiki attunements. A combined Reiki healing massage treatment integrates the benefits of both Reiki energy healing and massage therapy. During this session, the practitioner combines gentle touch and manipulation techniques with the channeling of Reiki energy to promote relaxation, reduce tension, and facilitate energy balance within the recipient.

This treatment mainly focuses on warming the muscle tissue to release tension and break up the muscle knots all over the body. I can concentrate on one specific area or offer full body, wherever the areas of discomfort are and can focus on the buildup of stress and muscle tension round the neck, shoulders and across the back, resulting from a desk job.
