At High Beauty Co, all deposits are non-refundable. Please note there is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments; if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. To retain your deposit, cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you do not show up or fail to notify us, you will be charged 30% of the scheduled service. Additionally, we do not allow guests during appointments.
