Besides the room being a bit cold because I was the first customer of the day. This was an amazing experience. I will definitely do this again. 

Very clean and relaxing. No pressure sales or upsells. 

It's a small shop but the attention atmosphere is relaxing and Hanna was excellent!  This was my first scalp massage/head bath spa experience and it was divine!  As an African American weigh 4B/C hair, I was concerned about the products used and styling but the products used were fine and I brought my own leave in conditioner and hair setting foam for a curly set with a partial diffuser dry instead of the blow dry that was included.  I think I might get my scalp massaged here once a month!  The facial and back massage were great too!

It’s not bad for a basic facial, but I feel like there are other places where you can get a better facial for a little bit more! The appointment started on time, facilities are clean & the estheticians were very friendly. 

My only complaints were that something smelled like old towels and a lot of the remnants of the mask were not removed, so my boyfriend and I found ourselves picking the remnants off. Also, since this is a very basic facial we didn’t expect much, but it would’ve been nice for the estheticians to ask if we had any skincare allergies or concerns.

Can’t believe I only discovered this place now! The scalp treatment was so good, definitely coming back again!

Session: 50 minutes of combined therapy, followed by an additional 10 minutes for a basic blow-dry to leave you feeling completely refreshed.
