Mindful massage is a unique blend of massages that I offer within my facials.

This service includes a eye/lip cleanse, superficial cleanse, foaming cleanse applied with brushes, facial massage with a beautifully scented facial oil then moves into a relaxing massage with slow and firm effleurage movements, knuckling, pinching among other massage techniques designed to ease muscle tension and encourage deep relaxation over back neck and shoulders. 

The treatment then moves to a hand and arm exfoliation, which is removed with warmed mitts, then a hand and arm massage (perfect for those who use their hands a lot for work) 

The treatment concludes with more effleurage movements to again encourage deep comfort and rest within in the body. 

The treatment is finished with a refreshment of your choice.
