Please give 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling; a £10 fee applies otherwise. Late arrivals (over 10 minutes) incur a £5 fee, and over 20 minutes may result in rescheduling. Infills after 4 weeks may incur extra charges. I do not remove other techs' work. Thank you!
