Your sessions will be tailored to your individual needs. You can choose between 60 or 70 minutes depending on your preferences.

60 minutes is the standard per session. 
70 minutes is if you prefer a little longer talk time during the first part of your session.

The first part of your session will include a type of talking therapy, incorporating Solution Focused questioning, CBT & NLP techniques.

The second part of your session will include Hypnosis. During hypnosis I will gently guide you into a deep state of relaxation, here I will offer helpful suggestions which you can use to make positive & lasting change.

In your initial consultation I will take information from you so I can understand how I can best help you and what you would like to achieve from your hypnotherapy sessions with me. 
I will discuss in detail how the brain works when we are faced with some of life's challenges, why we sometimes feel the way we do and what we can do to feel like ourselves again. 
I will send you an mp3 audio for you to listen to each night before you go to sleep, the audio will be yours to keep throughout your sessions and beyond.
