This one is my all time favourite massage, it really is something special!

A Warm Bamboo Massage is completed by using heated bamboo and then kneading tight muscles and rolling out tension. As the heat penetrates the muscles it causes them to relax, making it easier to access those areas of underlying tension, meaning a greater effect without the soreness or pain of other massages, such as deep tissue or sports.

Gently warmed bamboo sticks of different lengths and diameters are used to give a deeper massage using long strokes and rolling over the contours of the body working deeper into the muscles breaking down tension. Increased blood flow improves joint mobility and alleviates pain issues. The soothing sticks produce a muscle melting sensation leaving you totally relaxed and re-energised.

This is a powerful but gentle massage treatment that can be beneficial for recovery following illness or surgery, removal of excess tissue fluid (oedema), poor circulation, muscular aches and pains and a boost to the immune system. Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Thai Foot Massage is an incredibly relaxing treatment of the lower legs and feet that involves gently stretching and massaging to open Sen (energy). The aim is to restore the feet to their own natural healthy balance therefore keeping the whole body harmonised. 

This is one of my all time favourite treatments as it is so gentle and relaxing whilst also reinvigorating your feet and leaving you feeling like you're walking on air!

Thai Foot Massage is great for tired feet, improving circulation and lymph movement in the feet and lower legs, and improving flexibility. If you have tried reflexology, you will also enjoy this fabulous treatment, but will be surprised at how different the techniques feel!
