At Living Well Counselling we believe it is possible to gain the strength needed to face our issues, the hope to move forward, the balance to feel in control of our lives again and to overcome life’s hurdles in a positive way. We create a supportive, non-judgmental and confidential environment that supports the development of the client/counsellor relationship so we can work collaboratively to identify, explore and clarify issues affecting your life.
