Holistic/Swedish massage treatment including the back, glutes and abdomen. Abdomen massage can often help with slow digestion as it works in the direction of the flow of food in the colon.

Core massage

Holistic/Swedish massage treatment focusing on the chest, shoulders, neck, face and head.  Tension in these areas can often contribute to headaches in stressful situations. This treatment aims to alleviate this.

Desk worker (headache) massage

Holistic/Swedish massage treatment in which the client can specify where to focus.

Freestyle Massage

Holistic/Swedish Massage

Deep tissue massage which can aid in the treatment of sports and/or muscular injuries.  Where necessary treatment can also include deep tissue stretching, taping and injury bandaging.
