Michelle from Massage with M has lived experience either personally or working closely with chronic pain, migraines, arthritis, fibromyalgia, injuries, disabilities, Autism/ADHD, mental health and anxiety. A 30 minute massage designed for therapeutic on either neck & shoulders, head & neck, lower back.

Michelle draws from a variety of techniques to address muscle knots, pain, fascia tightness, and movement issues.

Great care is taken with the children's massage to ensure the child feels safe and is comfortable with me. It's ok if they are not, we can end the session without any further payment required. 

The parent is able to sit on a chair next to the table if the child wishes. 

Although 40mins is booked out, first session is more about the child being comfortable with me, introducing massage touch/strokes slowly, gradual, with good communication seeking permission as we go. The child can be clothed and we begin on their hand and arm, or another area if they prefer. 

For fully paid sessions - if your child is having trouble with sleeping or anxiety, together we can build a rollon oil for them to take away that they can easily roll on themselves, giving them a sense of empowerment. This is complimentary first time, any others will be an additional charge.

The best of both worlds, a combo of massage techniques and holistic pulsing. This session provides about a 60/40 massage/pulsing mix. This might suit those reluctant to give up their regular massage, but keen on the benefits of holistic mind-body-soul integration with holistic pulsing. 

Massage n Pulse

This is to add on to a holistic pulsing session only. 

A head and neck massage goes for about 15-20 minutes at the end of the holistic pulsing session. There will be a short break between the two services, so the client can have a drink of water and sit for a few minutes before we begin the head /neck massage.

Holistic Pulsing & Head massage 

This can have a mix of 

"Holistic Pulsing is a body-mind centred approach which uses the power of gentle rhythmic touch and movement. During a session, the practitioner (pulser) applies easy rocking, stretching and opening movements to the clothed client (pulsee).
