A sports Massage followed by a relaxing paraffin wax treatment.  

The warmth of the paraffin wax loosens up your joints, lessening your pain and leaving your hands, Knees, feet or back feeling noticeably better

It acts like a form of heat therapy and can help increase blood flow, relax muscles, and decrease joint stiffness. Paraffin wax can also minimize muscle spasms and inflammation as well as treat sprains.  It is also very good for dry skin conditions

MLD has powerful cleansing, relaxing, pain-relieving and immunological effects.  MLD  facilitates the removal of metabolic wastes, excess water, toxins, bacteria, large protein molecules, and foreign substances from tissue. It relaxes the sympathetic nervous system, reduces pain, and enhances the activity of the immune system. It is effective in the treatment of a wide variety of problems including oedema, skin disorders, headache, sinus congestion, sprains and aches, stress, digestive disorders, and before and after surgery, to remove tissue congestion and minimize scar formation.
