- Nail art ideas must be sent to me via Instagram 24 hours prior to your appointment to ensure I can carry out the design in the time you have selected. 

-I have a location highlight on my Instagram page, if you are unsure on where I am, check there, you will need to buzz The Gelologist to enter. 

- please arrive on time for your appointment, not early or late. If you are late your service will be reduced but you will still be charged full price. 15 minutes or later is classed as a no show and I will not carry out your appointment. 

- Same day cancellations and no shows are charged 100% of the service price.
