- complete removal of nail product, could be booked singularly or along with a new set

- If you have MMA acrylic on your nails you may be rejected as a soak off

SOAK OFFS

Gel-X is a soft extension meaning it artificially lengthens your nails but still feels flexible, not hard, plastic-y, and molded out of gel. No harsh smells.

NO FILL-INS ON OTHER'S WORK
- the estimated time is including design not just the fill in part
- this isn't an add on price like soak offs 
- booked only individually (not charged as a new set + fill in)
- Fill ins for gel-x are only allowed one time, after that you must book a soak off due to the structure of the extension
- Fill ins for polygel or Gel-x, no fill-ins if you're missing more than 3 
 nails it'll be charged as a new set

If your nails popped before the 2 week mark or maybe a charm popped off, you may come in for a quick fix. Nail repairs do not equate to a new set, the damaged nail will be replace with a replacement that matches the nail that was damaged. If the you would like a full new set book a fill in or soak off NOT a quick fix
