I enjoy the personal trainer sessions with Joe.  I feel stronger and have more energy thanks to the p/t sessions with Joe and then attending Natural Strength gym four or five times a week for cardio workouts and then strength training.  I'm very happy. 

A great and 'heavy' workout on the legs on Christmas Eve - fantastic!

Always a 'happy tired' after training the legs when doing a pt with Joe.   The encouragement and motivation is great and is a boost!  

A great pt session with Joe.  I am certainly pushed to a great but tiring weight session with Joe and I'm always impressed with Joe's knowledge that ensures I make the most of pt session.
