1-1 Transformational Breathwork

In this session, I will help educate your teen on energy, chakras, meditation exercises, tips and tools that will help them during this challenging time of growth. We will shift into a 45 min Energy Healing session combining reiki, energetic pathway reprogramming, craniosacral therapy and more.
