Deep Tissue massage is ideal for when you are suffering with general discomfort, aches and stiffness. Generally speaking deep tissue massage works across large areas i.e your entire back and shoulders rather than addressing individual specific concerns i.e knee pain in which case a sports massage maybe more appropriate. Sports Massage & Remedial Treatments

Shiatsu massage is a traditional Japanese therapy that combines acupressure, stretching, and massage techniques to promote physical and emotional well-being. The 60 minute treatment involves applying gentle, rhythmic pressure using fingers, thumbs, palms, and sometimes elbows to stimulate specific energy points (meridians) on the body. This helps to balance the body's energy flow (Qi), relieve tension, improve circulation, and support natural healing. Shiatsu is performed on a mat and clients remain fully clothed during the session. A wonderful treatment used for stress relief, muscle tension and improving overall health.

Our Menopause massage is a mixture of Swedish, Oncology and Deep Tissue Techniques combined to calm the nervous system and support hormone balance.
