Your nails will be filed and finished with this treatment base coat to  start the process of getting them on track to becoming healthy. The treatment starts with a refreshing foot cleanse, followed by a warm up massage to prepare the feet for the reflexology. The thumb walking technique is performed over your feet it is believed that different systems of your body map onto your feet and by working over these it can help to create homeostasis balancing and resetting the body. 

Reflexology

This massage is performed with Spa Find heavenly hydration mineralizing hair and body mud/ coconut oil/ 6 oil super serum / without depending on your preference. Your scalp is massaged with my finger tips and hands, also incorporating the pressure points. Overall you'll feel really relaxed and de-stressed.
