Hi firstly the styles did not introduce herself being a first timer. She didn't even ask what shade my highlights should be.  I don't know if its her personality but she didn't speak in a loud voice. At pay out I was told to pay service fee as well and it was not advertised like that. Cleanliness and set up was fine. Thanks 

Very satisfied with the colour. The curling in of the style did not stay in and I had to put hair rollers in to get the shape right again. Very disappointed with the top of the wig  which shows the netting underneath. I am short so any one taller than me can see it's a wig. The fringe is also very thick. Will send a pic of the top of the head. Otherwise it looks very natural and is the colour of my hair before the cancer.
