Initial Acupuncture

Follow up appointment for acupuncture is an acupuncture only session. The needles will be inserted where necessary and you will lie with them in for 20-25 minutes whilst they work their magic.

Acupuncture only Follow up

30 minutes acupuncture followed by 30 minutes massage to reap in the benefits from both modalities. The ULTIMATE treatment to tackle stress and anxiety.

Acupuncture + Massage combo

Auricular acupuncture is acupuncture of the ear. Using the NADA protocol, 5 acupuncture needles will be inserted into the ears where they will sit for around 45 minutes.
The NADA 5 points used in this treatment serve to balance the body’s energy and assist the body’s
healing process and may help individuals with the following ; calming the nervous system, relaxation,
hot sweats, regulate menstruation, ease depression, improve sleep, clearer mind, letting go of grief,
reduction of cravings/withdrawals, an overall feeling of well being.

This treatment aims to use Reflexology techniques designed for the different stages of pregnancy and many of the common symptoms experienced by the mother-to-be such as morning sickness, heartburn, constipation, Pelvic and lower back pain, swollen legs and feet and itching.

Reflexology is a touch therapy based on the theory that reflex points on your feet correspond with different areas of the body. Reflex points in the feet will be worked on using specific techniques as well as incorporating massage to the feet and lower legs to encourage balance and relaxation.

During the initial appointment a repro-assessment on your feet will be carried out to assess your reproductive health and reflex points in detail
