Relaxing yet invigorating massage techniques centred around the upper back, neck, scalp & face.

A treatment based on and around the feet to encourage relaxation and healing.

After pregnancy and birth the female body goes through another dramatic change, trying to return to it's original way of functioning. This treatment hopes to bring about balance, ease physical & mental fatigue whilst generally creating a feeling of rest and recuperation.
It includes a back, lower back, hips, neck, shoulders & abdomen massage (if required) and acupressure on the feet.
Suitable 1 week post-birth and recommended weekly for 6-8 weeks.

Postnatal Massage

Pregnancy can be tiring, stressful & overwhelming. Using techniques developed by Suzanne Enzer, Holli adapts her standard treatment to gently support the individual through their journey.

Maternity Reflexology

A Reflexology treatment focussing on bringing the body into balance to encourage optimal health and wellbeing to aid conception.

Fertility Reflexology

During the Conscious Facial your skin will be cleansed, exfoliated, gently massaged using their specially formulated serums and moisturised. While a clay mask is applied, you will receive an arm, neck, décolleté and scalp massage using techniques pulled from the Indian Head Massage. At the end of the treatment I will apply an amber resin perfume to make you smell even more DELICIOUS!
