We had a very healing hour long infrared sauna and very relaxing, hydrating facial,using locally made Communion products, by Tristan who took great care and even provided a little healing energy which was much appreciated.  The staff is 
so friendly and they have a beautiful selection of locally made and indigenous made skin care lines they use and sell.

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine. Cups are placed on your skin for a few minutes to create suction to draw blood to or away from parts of your body. People get it for many reasons, such as pain and inflammation relief, relaxation and well being.

The clay detox treatment for the feet begins with a hot towel wrap on your feet then an exfoliation and clay application. As the clay application dries you will receive a massage of the quads, calves, and ankles to help circulation while the clay works to pull toxins out of your body. The clay is then removed, and it is time to enjoy a deep and relaxing foot massage. Several of our clients have reported falling asleep during this treatment and we recommend that if you feel yourself slipping into that blissful state, just allow it to happen and we will wake you up gently when your treatment is complete.
