We are very sorry to of disappointed you with a change of therapist, Jasmine however isn't a trainee, she is in fact a fully qualified therapist. Unless it's made clear to us or requested upon booking online that you would prefer a certain therapist, we have to sometimes move bookings around to accommodate everyone. We can only apologise for your disappointment. As of the new year Lauren unfortunately can only take on BIAB and hair clients as she doesn't have enough space to offer gel polish treatments anymore, this is why these treatments will be booked in with Jasmine. Very disappointed booked 2 months ago with Lauren and turned up to have a trainee which it did say Lauren when I booked but on the email to remind me 2 days ago it did say jasmine which I didn’t notice till I got home to check. Was told Lauren was busy but she took my booking 2 months ago didn’t say then she was busy or booked up
