I’ve had quite a few facials but my facial with Zoey at Sunstone Spa was honestly the best one I’ve ever had. The room was very relaxing, smelt lush & the music was perfect. Zoey made me feel welcome & comfortable straight away. I’ve never felt more relaxed during a treatment, I think I may have even drifted off to sleep at one point! Holistic massage is a combination of Swedish, Lymphatic drainage and pressure point techniques to ensure that ultimate relaxation is met. This massage can be performed as either a back, neck and shoulder or full body massage. 

Holistic Massage

Sit back and relax with our Indian Head Massage. Focusing on the hair and scalp, this treatment is perfect to stimulate hair growth and to release negative energy from the Crown Chakra. 

Indian Head Massage 

Each facial is tailored to your skin type using the most natural skin products and oils to reach your skin goals.
After an initial consultation, the facial will begin by using a gentle double cleansing solution which meets your skin's needs. This is followed by an exfoliation treatment to remove dead skin cells, brightening your skin. Next a face mask is applied. As this soothes into your pours, you can lay back and relax with our jade eye mask. Let the worries of the world disappear as a neck, ear and shoulder massage is performed using organic, natural oils. Feel the heat of a hot towel on your face to remove any impurities while the mask is wiped away. Being gentle to your skin, warm oil is then applied to your face and neck so that a full facial massage is performed. To end a thin layer of moisturiser is applied before taking your time to come back down to Earth and enjoy the rest of your day. 

Beauty Facial 

Combining acupressure, massage and traditional Thai stretching techniques to the foot and lower legs to create a treatment which balances mind, body and spirit. 
Starting the treatment by soaking your feet in warm water while you enjoy a gentle foot scrub, before gentle pressure is applied to your lower extremities  in preparation for the massage. During your treatment a small, wooden instrument is used to stimulate acupressure points in the sole of the foot to aid in tension release throughout the body.

Get cosy under the covers and enjoy a 60 minute full body massage with warm festive oil. Afterwards, wrap up in a dressing gown, lay back and a warm oil holistic facial, tailored to your skin type. As your face mask sets, relax with a self heating eye mask, while an express scalp massage is performed. To finish, take a seat while you sip a soothing up of Yule tea and Christmas treats.

Once the massage is completed you will then be asked to lay on your back, so you can be slight sat up right, ready to have your face pampered with natural, pregnancy safe products.
