Unwind & disconnect for 45 minutes in our private state-of-the-art Infrared Sauna. Our sauna can accommodate up to three guests allowing for extra space to stretch or lie down during your session. Additional guests are charged at $20 per person. 

We provide a complimentary bath towel for the sauna bench and one bath mat for the sauna floor, cold filtered water, private shower facilities and in-sauna entertainment (Spotify, Netflix, Gaia, Youtube/Internet).

We kindly ask that you bring your own towel for the shower facilities. We can provide extra towels at $3 per person. We recommend wearing your swimmers and loose clothing to put on afterwards as you will still sweat for up to 20 minutes post-sauna.

Please note we do not have restrooms.

Infrared Sauna Session

Drift away to the scent of cleansing Palo Santo and curated ambient sounds. This treatment uses Swedish style techniques designed to melt away muscle tension and leave you in a dreamy meditative state. Using light to medium pressure we use long rhythmic, flowing strokes, muscle kneading and soft stretching. An essential treatmentfor a relaxed, balanced body and mind.

Holistic Relaxation Massage

The lymphatic system manages fluid levels in the body, filters out toxins + carries nutrients and proteins to your cells and tissues.
This cleansing treatment helps remove toxins and excess fluid through a combination of lymphatic massage techniques. Benefits of this treatment reduce inflammation, promote flow, decrease pain + sculpt the body, leaving you feeling light and refreshed.

Holistic Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Cleanse and detox through the summer season with 120 minutes of pure rejuvenation.

Begin the treatment with 75 minutes of lymphatic drainage massage and dry body brushing to move and filter lymph followed by a 45 minute Infrared Sauna Session to continue the detoxification process. 

Leave feeling lighter, sculpted, bright-eyed and completely revitalised.
