This is based on the ayurvedic system of healing which has been practiced in India for over a thousand years. The aim of Indian head massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE  

Its thought that the origins of this treatment originated in China around 2,000 years ago.  Heated stones were used widely in Chinese medicine to help boost the function of important internal organs.
It's a wonderfully warming treatment that works on energy points located throughout the body to rebalance and harmonise. The muscles are relaxed and rejuvenated in a sensation totally unique to hot stone massage.
It uses smooth, heated stones of Basalt river rocks, they don't have any jagged edges and they are at just the right weight to add the perfect amount of pressure.

WARM BAMBOO MASSAGE

Fascia is a network of fibres that’s entwined throughout the body from head to toe supporting all muscles, organs, bones, artery, veins and nerves right down to a cellular level. Trauma, whiplash, postural habits, surgery, inflammation, scarring or emotional pain causes fascia to become hard, dehydrated and stuck causing pain and tension. 
Myofascial Release is a hands on technique to help relieve pain and tension throughout the body. Gentle sustained pressure is applied to problem areas using grounding, j strokes, rolling, sacral and cranial release. 
This is a very effective treatment not only for physical pain but all round wellbeing and relaxation. 

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE

Manual Lymphatic drainage techniques facilitate the removal of metabolic wastes, excess water, toxins, bacteria, large protein molecules and foreign substances from tissue, via the initial lymph vessels and the venous capillaries. It relaxes the nervous system, reduces pain and enhances the immune system.
It can aid weight loss and is an effective treatment for a variety of issues, including oedema, skin disorders, headache, sinus congestion, sprains and aches, stress, digestive disorders, and its useful as part of post-mastectomy therapy to reduce oedema and fibrosis. It has been proven as an effective pre and post-surgical treatment to remove tissue congestion, minimise scar formation and reduce pain and swelling.  
It plays a key role in expediting the healing process following procedures like a tummy tuck, liposuction, or facelift by reducing inflammation, swelling and the formation of scar tissue. It's an effective tool in the journey towards a smoother recovery
