The health benefits of yoga are endless; it has a great impact on our body and mind. Come and join us to experience it for yourself.

The classes are taught by yoga teacher Wendy Starreveld, Dutch with her own company called Yogis Choice (www.yogis-choice.com) With gentleness and compassion, she guides you on a journey within. Her classes are often a mix of different yoga styles like Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin & Restorative yoga.
