Using traditional Swedish massage techniques and Neal's yard massage oil, this treatment will focus on the back, neck, decollete, shoulder and arm areas.

Upper body massage 

This massage can be tailored to wherever you feel you are most at need, be that an hour of your back only or specific areas that you would rather not be treated.
At a consultation at the beginning of the treatment we can discuss specific needs and outcomes of the massage. 

Bespoke Massage 

Using traditional Swedish massage techniques and Neal's yard massage oil, this treatment will focus on the back, neck, decollete, shoulder and arm areas.
I can also massage up into the head area if that is something you woul like.

As your skin can vary through the seasons and life changes, this facial will be completely tailored to what your skin is needing at the time. We can chat through any priorities you may have for your skin before I start and everything I offer is optional.
Using certified 100% organic and cruelty free products from Inlight Beauty made here in Cornwall to bring nourishment and regeneration to your skin.  
Your treatment can
include:
- A double cleanse
- An aromatic botanical facial steam 
- Exfoliation
- Mask
- Hot towels
- Massage to the  face, neck, décolleté, shoulders, upper arms and hands.
All products will be applied with soothing massage techniques to improve circulation, sculpt and relieve tension.
My aim is for you to leave feeling relaxed and nurtured both inside and out.

This massage can be tailored to wherever you feel you are most at need, be that your back only or specific areas that you would rather not be treated.
At a consultation at the beginning of the treatment we can discuss specific needs and outcomes of the massage. 

Using traditional Swedish massage techniques and Neal's Yard luxurious massage oil, this is a full body treatment including back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands legs and feet (scalp optional)

Full Body Swedish Massage 

Combining the benefits of massage therapy with the holistic benefits of essential oils, this full body Aromatherapy massage will use Nikura essential oils and Neal's Yard Massage oil.
After a consultation at the beginning of the treatment, we will chose a blend specifically for your desired outcome, we can also discuss any problem areas you may have.

Full Body Aromatherapy Massage 

The Palm Room signature seaweed and salt back detox and glow
