We understand that pricing adjustments can be challenging and our goal is always to provide the best service and value possible while ensuring sustainability for our business.The increase was put out on our socials on the 13th of January 2025 notifying our clients, because the increase only came into effect today we were only able to change our app per the increase date.

I love the cute pink aesthetic, but it’s always so busy that it feels more like a service line than a personal experience. Pricing transparency is a big issue—while the app shows prices at booking, I’ve had to ask for my booking to be honored after a price increase. Updates were shared on social media weeks after I booked, leaving me confused. Without asking, my bill would’ve been R500 higher. Honoring booked prices, notifying via the app, and adding clarity to policies would make the experience much more professional and customer-friendly.


Rose has done my nails for the past 6 months consecutively. I refuse to go elsewhere. 🫶🏼
