A quick pick me up treatment, carried out in a seated clothed position this treatment is an express indian head massage for those needing relief from stress held in the shoulders, neck and head.

If you are seeking post-operative lymphatic drainage massage following an operation - please contact us in writing at least 7 days in advance to arrange a Doctors note to be sent to us prior to your treatment.

Doctors notes are required from a UK based doctor for all clients who have had surgery in the last 6 months - for all clients
