The sound bath is made up of Himalayan and crystal bowls, tuning forks and melodic chimes all designed to take you into a state of relaxation as you get cosy under soft, warm blankets on the massage bed.

This session has been created to take you into a meditative flow state; relaxed, calm and drifting away; perfect for times of overwhelm, stress or anxiety or when you just need a moment to pause. The bowls help replicate brain waves associated with sleep and deep relaxation, the vibrations help clear stagnant energy.  The energy work will help calm your nervous system and leave feeling lighter.

Reiki Energy + Sound Meditation Session 

Using melodic chimes, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, with you cosy on a massage bed under a warm blanket, this session has been created to take you into a meditative flow state; relaxed, calm and drifting away; perfect for times of overwhelm, stress or anxiety or when you just need a moment to pause.

The sounds of the singing bowls help replicate brain waves associated with sleep and deep relaxation, the vibrations help clear stagnant energy. You should leave feeling lighter.

I hold space in this session for your body to sink deeply into a state of relaxation.  A moment of self care and re-balancing to take the parasympathetic nervous system into safety, rest and digest state.

Reiki is an ancient form of energy healing that works across mind, body and spirit. It's a deeply transformative and profound, yet subtle, hands on healing method. I work intuitively as a channel for energy to flow to you  where it's needed most.

After a short consultation you’ll be invited to make yourself comfortable (fully clothed) under blankets on a massage bed. I open and close the session with sound and space cleansing and settle you into the treatment with gentle meditation using the breath.  I often use acupressure to calm and release. Your first appointment lasts a little longer so you can ask questions and aren't rushed.

If you are in 1st trimester, have a broken bone or a pacemaker fitted, this treatment isn't suitable. Please check with your doctor.

Reiki Energy Healing - 90 minutes

A shorter appointment for babies and young people.  Pay for an hour and split the time into more than one session, depending on the age and attention span of the child.

Studies have shown that because Reiki supports in calming down our fight and flight response and settling our nervous system, it can help to reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, lessening these symptoms and bringing a feeling of calm. It can also be really effective with supporting sleep cycles.

If your baby or child has suspected or diagnosed Autism / ADHD or is on the neurodivergent spectrum, we can work together to create a set-up and treatment process that suits each child or young person as an individual, taking into consideration any triggers and adjustments. Babies in particular respond beautifully to Reiki and these child-friendly sessions are adapted accordingly in terms of pitch, instrument and timings.
