Do you suffer from alot of pain, due to health issues such as arthritis, muscle aches from the gym/sports, maybe you have pain due to poor posture, tension build up,  causing knots/ blockages.

The heat from the stones help penatrate deep into the muscle to help loosen & relax those tight areas. Along with manual massage & heated stone massage it can aid relief from tension and painful joints.

Most clients in these situations book a deep tissue massage as they feel the pressure from a deep tissue is what they need to help relieve their pain. But I can only do so much sometimes it's successful 🙌  sometimes the issues lay much deeper and this is when I recommend hot stone therapy.

Ice globes are cooling wands which will be used after a deep cleanse & exfoliation. Instead of a hands on facial massage the wands will be used. These help target redness, inflammation & large pores. They stimulate and exercise facial nerves and muscles which tightens skin and reduces fine lines. This therapy will give you a glowing complexion, reduce eye circles and helps drain lymph nodes. Ice globe therapy facial 

Light therapy can be very beneficial no matter what skin type you have. Different light settings are used to target specific skin concerns you may have.
