I booked for a lash lift & tint, at model rates. I'm glad I didn’t pay full price.  

I was running late & called to advise. Jane kindly said not to rush. The salon was tidy & clean. Leaving the loo, I heard the technician say, ‘she has/had the shortest eyelashes I've ever seen’. Unsure if she was about me or someone else.

I wasn’t asked how much I wanted my lashes lifted. They chose the most aggressive lift & now lashes look fake. One eye slants inwards, the other didn’t lift outer corner lashes. I had to ask them to tint my lower lashes. I left with glue on my eyelid & tint on my nose.

Amazing facial, so relaxing!!!! Will be back...
